Can I return an item I ordered?

You may partially or fully exchange or return your purchase within 14 days.
You bear the cost of returning the item. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Here is how to return your items:

1. Please pack the return items well, so that the unworn and undamaged goods arrive back to us safely and without defects.
2. Please include the original delivery note, mark the products you are returning, and give your reason for return.
3. For your safety, please send your parcel insured and with tracking. Goods that are lost uninsured or that do not reach us will not be considered, and we accept no liability for them.
