Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a tracking link which leads you to the shipment tracking page of the respective carrier (DHL, Deutsche Post). There you can follow your delivery at any time.

We offer free shipping on orders starting from 200 EUR.

The delivery costs within Germany range between 3,80 EUR and 14 EUR. They depend on the size and weight of the product ordered.

We collaborate with DHL and Deutsche Post.

For technical reasons, we ask you to place a new order for the desired size, and return the original item according to the above return process.

You may partially or fully exchange or return your purchase within 14 days.
You bear the cost of returning the item. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Here is how to return your items:

1. Please pack the return items well, so that the unworn and undamaged goods arrive back to us safely and without defects.
2. Please include the original delivery note, mark the products you are returning, and give your reason for return.
3. For your safety, please send your parcel insured and with tracking. Goods that are lost uninsured or that do not reach us will not be considered, and we accept no liability for them.

Note: Personalized items are excluded from the right of cancellation and return.

We will refund you via your original payment method once the goods have arrived, undamaged and unworn. Please allow us a few days — in the worst case we require up to 10 business days.
