1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contract Conclusion

  • Product listings on our Site are not binding offers but serve as an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking “Order” you submit a binding purchase offer.
  • A contract is concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices listed include VAT (where applicable) and are displayed in Euros (€).
  • Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
  • We accept the payment methods specified on the Site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
  • The purchase price is due immediately upon order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • We deliver within Germany, the EU, and internationally, unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery times are indicated on the product page.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and may withdraw from the contract.
  • The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer once the goods have been delivered to the shipping carrier (for consumers: upon receipt).

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

  • Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
  • To exercise the right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., by email to support@reneki.de) before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
  • You bear the cost of returning the goods.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital goods (once downloaded/activated), customized items, or sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
  • For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and designs on this Site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your residence remain unaffected.
